I solemnly swear that I’m up to no good

Hi friends!

One of the many perks about Orlando is that we get to live so close to some amazing theme parks. We have both Disney World and Universal Studios in our backyard. Not to mention, Sea World, Aquatica, and Volcano Bay! Personally, I feel like you’re either a Disney person or a Universal person. And this girl is definitely all about Universal! Being an annual pass holder just makes my heart happy. It’s great that I can go anytime I want and not have to worry about making a full day out of it. In fact, even with my crazy school and work schedule this past week I found a few hours (three to be exact) to head out to the park with one of my best friends.

Let me just say, I am SO happy that we got there early. I’m talking 9am, when the park opened! Which is pretty much a miracle coming from this girl, I don’t do anything before noon. Like anything. I think that just goes to show you my love and devotion for all things Harry Potter! Anyway, the best part about arriving early to Universal is that the park is relatively empty in the morning. There’s no waiting in line for rides, nor are there a thousand people in your way to take a full on photo shoot! So that’s just what we did! We left the park at noon and it was just in time. By 11am we were already feeling the effects of the heat. #FloridaProblems Am I right?! I had to leave the park and head home to spend the rest of the day studying for finals and taking quizzes but it was ABSOLUTELY worth the early wake up!

If you’re thinking about heading out to any of the Orlando theme parks I highly recommend you getting an early start to your day. It’s so worth it to ensure that you get to hit all the rides you want to in your day at the park! And if you’re an annual pass holder check to see if your pass comes with perks. My Universal pass offers entrance to the park one hour prior to general admission!
